I think that in this society, money is actually everything. It doesn't necessarily buy happiness but financial difficulties are the cause of many of the problems in this world, whether the 1st or 3rd world. I don't think it's right to be greedy but having enough money is a necessity.

The message in Aladdin was actually being yourself, the money thing was a message of the movie, but the main one was about being yourself

I think instead of saying outer beauty isn't everything, you should say outer beauty is nothing. I honestly think outwr beauty means absolutely nothing.

I think it's really important and quite relevant to today's generation, both are.

I've noticed that "outer beauty isn't everything" is one of the most commonly parroted morals until people are actually faced with a person or character who doesn't look that great; whether it be a live actor, celebrity, or animated lead, people we meet on the street, a potential romantic interest, etc. Then suddenly people mock celebrities that look terrible, complain about Disney Princess(es) looking ugly in their opinion, etc.

Anyone here who has ever judged a Disney Princess's beauty, or put her down for having less attractive features (*cough*Merida*cough*), really needs to examine their values, in my opinion.

Almost everyone with eyes to see judges others based on appearance, even if subconsciously. The endless Disney Princess beauty comparisons in this club can attest to that. Heck, this ENTIRE DISNEY PRINCESS CLUB is based on beauty because only gorgeous teenage human girls connected to royalty and pretty dresses can make it in the Official Disney Princess Lineup. I don't see any anthropomorphic animals like Nala or Maid Marian or young girls like Eilonwy or Sophie in the Official Disney Princess lineup.

I completely agree with Tygers_Eye. While I agree that 'beauty isn't everything' it is kind of an odd message to teach in franchise that is mostly about beauty.

Money is actually very important. People need money, but not to the point where they become greedy.

It's SO hard to choose, I agree with both. I even changed my initial choice and maybe even changed once again.

"Beauty isn't everything" is very relevant because I dislike when people like or dislike DP or character solely for their looks. I also dislike the opinion that every Disney Princess has to be drop dead gorgeous willowy girls with big eyes and no unconventional features and when Disney does DP that doesn't fit 100% fit this description, it means "Disney is not as great as it was once, ugly SJW and feminists ruined it". What make the money option my first choice is that I am not a fan of "beauty isn't everything" in the BatB context because physical beauty isn't only attractive and valued thing Beast lacked( maybe from Gaston fangirls' perspective but not from everyone's perspective).

Money is important but not everything. It's great when you want money to provide best for your loved ones like Tiana. It's not good to be greedy like Tulio from El Dorado( and, no, unwillingness to indirectly commit mass murder because of greed doesn't make Tulio good role model nor it makes his greed totally normal.
