I'm not quite sure about this. Though one of the reasons why I love Elsa is because in the end she understands that she can't run away from her mistakes and responsibilities.

Learning from your experiences is much more helpful than running away from them.

I probably do a bit of both, but I try to learn from my past.

I know running away from your past is bad, but I pretty much do it anyway. One of my many, many flaws.

I used to be like Elsa, constantly running from the past and making the same mistakes. Then one day I just got tired of living in fear and denial, and last month I made a complete turnaround. I'm now happier than I've been in my life, ecstatic to be moving forward, and looking forward to the future instead of dreading it.

I never want to go back. I want to keep learning from the past as Merida does.

Of course. I hate to say it but running from the past is incredibly stupid since in the end they have to face the past. They're just overstaying the problems... Simba and Elsa are the best examples.
