I really like both of them, though.

My favorite Disney Prince! Flawed, yet endearing, makes plenty of mistakes but goes back to fix them. Not to mention, he is adorable!!

My heart is his!

I didn't pick Aladdin because I love him( I don't love him). I did it because I hate Beast.

I have problems with Aladdin. Not with him lying, I am not Shang and I believe people can have good reasons for lying, and Aladdin had good reason to lie to Sultan and Jafar but not to Jasmine. My biggest issue with Aladdin is the "If Jasmine found out I was some crummy street rat, she'd laugh at me" line. It makes him looks superficial. Snobby, spoiled brat is the type of characters I hate the most and I look down at males who dreams of women like that.

However, Beast makes Aladdin look saint. He is unkind, he is violent, he is self-pitying. And I would never forgive him for trowing my father in dungeon.
