Commenting on AudreyFreak's poll I mentioned it may be faster for Disney to make them DP's if they were only adding ONE to the fandom. That inspired this poll.

I think they should've just stuck with Anna. It would have been much more convenient. While I understand they are trying to add Elsa so the DP franchise can earn more money, the franchise isn't earning much because they're trying to crown two princesses at once. Anna was originally supposed to be the only one added to the lineup, why didn't they keep it that way?

i like Elsa the best.

Anna was the actual heroine of the movie, though much of the fanbase of Frozen is still fixated with the deuteragonist, Elsa. Elsa got a "bit" role, and everyone clamored over her...leaving Anna only to some loyal people.

Also, Elsa never really spent a long time as a princess in the movie. She became a Queen, like 10 minutes into the film. So Disney would have to perform some "serious magic" to revert Elsa back to "princess status"---- something the Elsa stans would jump all over, because to them--- she's Queen E, and not a princess. And Disney would have to "explain" itself for the thousand time... In particular, they would have to explain the "decision methods" they apply to add girls to the DP lineup.

I still think to this day, that Disney added Mulan, because of the persistent, dogged, diversity controversy that haunts the DP lineup. They also added Mulan because the Emperor was so impressed that she saved his life and the whole country. Disney could make this explanation "seem plausible" in Mulan's case, in a way that removing Elsa's "queen status" would not be.

^i totally agree with you here. It would be a difficult stance to justify if they decided to add Elsa. But simply as character's potential strength i'd love Elsa to be explored in sequels and being added as part of line up

^ They will unlock more of Elsa's personality in the sequels, hopefully. As for her and her sister, joining the lineup...two years is far longer than I usually " would estimate" for a Disney DP addition. It puzzled me for a while, and there was the weird "silence" from Disney... and the huge merchandising of them as stand alone entities. >.<

She's a real princess while Elsa is actually a queen. It would degrade her rank if Elsa becomes a princess again LOL

^Agree with you heartily. She's the real princess and the lead female one. My reaction when hearing the rumour of Elsa could potentially be the 13th DP was WHAT???!!! So, definitely Anna.

The only actual princess. Probably more popular than Elsa, but it's hard to say.

^It really depends where you go. When the movie first came out I would say Elsa was more popular but Anna is more and more popular.

I would say Anna because she's the princess and technically Elsa is the queen.

Hard to choose one of them, because I think they both are equally deserve it.

Anna's a MUCH better person for little girls to look up to.

There would be a better chance of her being the main character in the sequel. ❄️❄️❄️❄️
