I'm not a fan of what little we've seen so far of Gigantic. Even Giants sounded better because it had four main human characters.

And since The Lopezes are writing the songs for this movie...it means I won't be seeing it. I hated all of their songs for Frozen. And I've had to hear them steadily-- off and on---for the last three years. I'm trying to save myself some pain.

I actually like the Lopez songs, but I'm not a fan of this revisionist story! I can perfectly understand why you would avoid Gigantic though if you can't stand the songs in Frozen.

Yes! I mean, I'm sure it'll still be an okay movie but I was looking forward more to "Giants" then I am to "Gigantic". And though there is the Mickey Mouse version, I wanted one with new characters and such. :/

I like new takes on old tales. They are always creative and interesting.

I haven't been *super* excited for this movie, but I am looking forward to seeing how Disney tells the story, although I think I agree that the original plot when it was called Giants interested me more.
