I shall explain. One of the other horsess story is like about helping his princess find a picnic spot. But Phillippe's story is that he's lonely, runs away, finds a herd of wild horses, makes a 'friend' and with the help of Belle gets this male horse to come back with him and live in the same stable. It reaked of subversive agendas but gets away with it.
