I think she'd be interested in designing an aesthetically pleasing scheme to the movie.

I think she has the patience and they eye for it. Animating is not as easy as it sounds.

Cinderella seems like she'd be a good artist, and she's obviously good with designing things (she designed outfits for the mice and her original pink ballgown).

If Tangled was out, I'd pick Rapunzel, since she's going to be an artist.
