i dont like Morgana

I think Morgana whines to much, but at the same time I feel bad for her feeling frustrated about her mom always loving her sister better. Ursula is definitely the better villain.

Morgana can't compare with Ursula. Ursula is the best.

She's just a lame washed up version of Ursula I mean if she had Ursula's magic in a bottle why didn't she use it in the first place to turn her shark back she's so stupid

Ursula is a better villian. She is threatening to the good guys AND to the audience. Morgana was lame and I found myself feeling sorry for her instead of for Melody and her parents. Villians are supposed to be scary-they're suppose to scare us and the good guys. When creating a villian, you must make her/him threatening to good guys and the audience. That way, when the villian talks about how s/he's going to kill hero/heroine the audience will go, "Run [name of hero/heroine] that crazy lady/dude is going to kill you!" not "Um, aren't the good guys overreacting?"
Ursula made us go, "No Ariel, don't go to Ursula for help! She's using you to get rid of your father!"
Morgana made us go, "Aren't they overacting? Morgana's rarely scary."
