( i didn't includ Tangled because it's 3D )

i thought alot about the best DP movie animation, and it turned out that SB is the best for me, i used to hate thier animation btw, but when i rewatched i said OMG the animation is PERFECT.

here's my list :

1- Sleeping Beauty
the best thing in this movie is that the shapes still the same, Aurora always the same, and i LOVE LOVE LOVE the square trees.
2- Princess and the Frog
yeah it's finally paid that it's new, the animation is amazing, and there's no mistakes.
3- Pocahontas
even though i don't like the way John Smith like, but it's pretty great animation.
4- Cinderella
again, Cindy's looks stays the same, which is really important, the moves are really smooth, and even though it was made in 1950, it's my 4th.
5- The Little Mermaid
There're some mistakes in the movie, effected the animation a LOT, Ariel's hair gets taller suddenly, somethings disappear, you know .. mistakes.
6- Beauty and the Beast
The main reason why it's so low is Belle, she consistently changes looks, her face always changes, and i really don't like when she talks to her father the first time, she looks weird.
7- Aladdin
the animation is like .... all over the place, they're really exaggerated, even though they are brilliant in the sketches, but the animation kinda not there.
8- Mulan
not enough details, bad hands,
9- Snow White and the seven Dwarfs
the first Disney movie, it's amazing, but i think that Cinderella was a huge jump after Snow White, all of the movies actually, but it#s still has the origina Walt's magic.

Seriously, it´s perfectly animated. I mean, the backgrounds! I could look at the backgrounds forever (because I has no life)! And the Once Upon a Dream scene has amazing animation!

My fav Princess animation,the whole movie is beautiful! The landscapes and the characters are perfectly animated. Close second is Aladdin,because I love Jasmine's garden,ohh I want that fountain, and the palace is beautiful too.And Jasmine's movement is so elegant.

By the way nice icon set ;) Love them!

Colors of the wind explains it all....but Tarzan has the most beautiful animation of all the Disney movies

Definitely! Then Beauty and the Beast.

I never really felt the whole superb animation of Sleeping Beauty. Maybe I'm just lame like that.

Anyway, I'd say PatF mostly because it's a newer film, thus the animation is going to be neater and more detailed. So this, or Mulan for me.

I think the animation in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is amazing.
Second is Aladdin and then is BATB.

if you ask me, talking about ALL types of animation. TANGLED HAS THE BEST ANIMATION EVER! every detail is amazing and realistic! but if is only hand-draw is BatB no question, every single sequence is WOW *O* make me wanna cry everytime i watch it

I loved all the animation in Pocahontas.It was beautiful and also emotional too! You just feel what the charcters were feeling because the emotion was just there.And I just love scenery because almost feels like your there.I espically love the waterfall it's so beautiful.

I like the exaggeration of the expressions and what not. :ove the icons.

I'M NOT BEING BIASED!
During the waterfall scene, all was silent.
That delicate movement of John's eyebrow as he wanted to approach her worked so much. Just that proportion of a centimeter as a shift did it's job.

Hard to choose between SB & Pocahontas but I think all the animations are great in all DP movies :)

I love all the colors and the animation style and P.S. I love the icons! :)
