Tiana wears two outfits I really like - the white one and the blue one (which is actually Charlotte's). While I'm not too crazy about Charlotte's children clothes, I like her hats, the red dresses, and the only thing which is questionable about the ball gown is the fact, that it's soo puffy.
For the 1920s fashion, Lottie's dresses have a more flattering cut, even though she clearly loves pink, and wears pink all the time. By contrast,Tiana's color scheme is AWFUL: lime green, brown, yellow, turquoise, white, and a hideous orange; the colors of the work dresses Tiana has simply do not flatter her; Tiana's formal attire is really questionable, and except for the blue gown borrowed from Charlotte, Tiana ends up looking like an ostentatious dresser (the lily pad gown looks like a ball of sparkly swamp lettuce, her Facilier dream gown looks like an under slip, and the boa really "dates" the look instead of "freshening it"; Tiana's final wedding gown has a giant "X" marks the spot at her hips. Really? Why was that needed? Why do people gush over all of Tiana's dresses, and never mention that Charlotte looks so well put together by comparison? )
