Well that all depends, if Mulan was disguised as a man again (for whatever reason, a mission maybe) and they had a moment of the sort, or something like that, and she kisses him; he wouldn't mind. I don't think he would care since he's already married to her and he knows she's Mulan. But not in public, then he would care.

But if it was during the war, when he didn't know she was a girl, then he'd be pissed off. Even if he did think he was "gay" I think he'd be too careful to show it.

He'd totally push him/her off. We're saying if they were alone together, not in company, right? Yeah, he'd be way turned off. Shang would have to make the first move, with his personality, to be comfortable.

He would freak out. But deep down he'd know he loved it ;)

I think he'd be more freaked out about one of his *soldiers* making a move on him, really. Mostly along the lines of "What the *hell* are you doing?!" And probably find himself developing a bit of a crush on Ping in spite of himself. So...a little of both.
