Who would win a fight as ডিজনি villains?

Hades. He has powers and can do whatever the hell he wants basically.
Cruella isn't that strong. Shes just crazy.
Frollo's evil as hell but hes weak. He'd need an army
The horned king is another one that I think can

Ursulla only has powers in the sea.
Scar can be shot and boom dead.
Clayton no match for any of them.

Jafar is another one that be up there. He'd fight well.

The wicked কুইন shes alright.
Step Mother is just evil.
And Gaston is just strong.

So I say either Hades, Jafar অথবা The Horned King.

Shere Khan would win against Scar because he has superior speed and strength than Scar.

Maleficent would win them all. She's cruel, nasty, and can transform into a dragon!! She's bad-ass!!!
