I am not an expert either. However, I think a kissogram is someone who attends a party and kisses a male member of the party, wearing provocative attire (?).

Have আপনি ever heard of a গান গাওয়া telegram? It's the same sort of thing, only with a kiss. Someone pays আপনি to deliver a message to someone else, with a kiss.

A Kissogram was a message delivered দ্বারা a man অথবা woman paid to do so, which involved the messenger flirting with and স্নেহ চুম্বন the recipient. It described both the message and the person delivering it
