Of course I could be wrong, but I think his name is আরো complicated than the words Theta Sigma. In some translations, Theta means people অথবা the people. Sigma means the sum of. If the প্রশ্ন that must never be answered is really doctor Who?, as foreshadowed in the পরবর্তি season, then it could be that the doctors true name somehow means sum of the people, অথবা people's summation. This would definitely make a great scenario for "the question" and why it could never be answered. Did the Doctor somehow create the human race? Like I said, I could be way off base, but I've researched the names and Greek symbols and this is one idea I've come up with.
Also, in the letter from the council of the defense when the Doctor is on trial, his name is hard to translate, but the symbol "chi" with a two is translated in one way as "air, breath" অথবা the internal necessity for life.

Though delta is like D, sigma is like S, and Chi is like K অথবা CH.
