Courtney's POV: I woke up the পরবর্তি morning with a smile on my face. That is, until I rolled over and found the বিছানা empty. I sat up and looked at the alarm clock on the night stand. 10:30 a.m. I reached to turn on the lamp, but instead, I reached for the bright কমলা sticky note on the lamp. I read it. "You're a beautiful sleeper. Haha. So sorry I couldn't stay with আপনি this morning. I had to go to work." the note said. I got out of বিছানা and saw a new pair of my clothes with another sticky note on them. "I ran over to your house and grabbed some clothes I thought আপনি would look beautiful on you." the note said. I smiled, took a shower, brushed my teeth, put the clothes on, and went downstairs to make breakfast. When I got into the kitchen, there was another sticky note on the দেওয়াল above the stove. "Have a good breakfast." the note said. I looked at the stove and saw a pan with 3 প্যানকেকস in it. I felt a huge grin appear on my face as I grabbed a plate and walked over to the টেবিল to eat.

When I was finished eating, I called Bridgette. "Hello?" she asked in a tired voice. "Best night ever and the morning is off to a good start."I ব্যক্ত with a smile. "Congratz girl." Bridgette simply said. I heard a lot of movement in the background. I ignored it due to I still wanted to talk. "When I woke up, he wasn't there but he left cute little sticky notes around the house and they eventually led me to the kitchen, where he made me breakfast."I said. "Wait, he wasn't there when আপনি woke up?" Bridgette asked. "Yeah, why?" I asked. "What was the excuse?" she asked. "He had to go to work."I said. "Do আপনি really know if he's at work অথবা not?" Bridgette asked. I thought for a moment and started to think about the 50/50 chance he wasn't at work. "I'll ask him. I'll see later, bye." I ব্যক্ত hanging up.
I called Duncan's number and waited for him to answer.

Duncan's POV: I pulled into Gwen's driveway, turned off the car, and sat there for a minute. I ran my figners through my hair and let out a long breath. When I woke up this morning, I was so comfortable and happy. I was laying পরবর্তি to Courtney as her body was warm and calm. I didn't ever want to leave, but I heard my phone vibrate on the nightstand. So I rolled over and checked the text. It was from Gwen. I wasn't surprised; she's always been over-attached and clingy. "I'm seriously about 2 kill myself. If u've evr had any feelings 4 me, u'll come ovr 4 a couple of minutes. I can't take another মিনিট of this."the text said. I rolled my eyes at the message but then again, she could be serious and I didn't want anybody to die. So here I amnow, in her driveway asking myself if I should really be here. I got out of the car and knocked on the door. the door opened immediatly as Gwen threw herself on my and hugged me tightly and sobbed into my neck. I didn't know what to do so I just patted her back. Gwen stopped hugging me and gave me a sad/frustrated look.

"I'm crying my eyes out over আপনি and all আপনি do is just give me a pat on the back?!" Gwen asked. "I came out here to see if আপনি wre okay. It's been a good week so far and I didn't have to come here. If that's the way you're gonna treat me, then I'm done." I ব্যক্ত backing away from her.
