On your profile, click, 'edit profile' under your info. Scroll down and you'll see a sentence saying if আপনি want to remove your account, click here' so click there :)

আপনি don't. But আপনি can use the link link at the bottom of any page to write to the staff to request to have your account deleted.

If আপনি intend to open a new account, please make sure to contact the staff first BEFORE আপনি create a সেকেন্ড account, as multiple accounts from the same IP address can get আপনি banned (and it is much আরো work to get reinstated after a ban).

It sounds, though, like just not using the site anymore would suffice for you. আপনি don't need to মোছা an account for that.
