A spot I'm a অনুরাগী of is dead and I can't get ahold of it's creator to update it. Is there anyway someone could make me in charge of running it????

There's no way to become admin of a spot that আপনি didn't create. However, আপনি can still make changes to it with the F4's help. Just like with any other spot, if আপনি want to change the banner/icon/motto make a pick with options and let the অনুরাগী choose. Leave it open for at least a week. Send the results to link, asking him to change to the winning option. If you're the only one who participated in the pick, let dave know how long the pick was open and that the spot is dead. He'll change it for you- because he's awesome that way. XD
