Fernando Torres is setting his sights on another emotional night at Anfield - and another goal against Chelsea.
The Spanish superstar opened his Liverpool account way back in August in a 1-1 draw at Anfield against the Stamford Bridge oufit in the Premiership.
And ahead of the mouthwatering Champions League semi-final between Liverpool and Chelsea, Part III, Torres has declared that strike gave him the confidence to go on and become a major success this season.
Torres has scored 30 goals to তারিখ and wants to make it 31 in tomorrow's first leg at Anfield, when he espects another emotional evening, much like the night when Liverpool beat Arsenal in a compelling quarter-final.
"I scored my first important Liverpool goal against Chelsea and I want to do it again on Tuesday," ব্যক্ত Torres.
"That goal gave me confidence to believe I could score in the big matches."
On the Arsenal game, Torres added: "The emotion I felt after the Arsenal game was very very strong. I have never felt like that before. I was almost in tears at the end of the match when the crowd were singing. If that was a quarter-final I can't imagine what it will be like playing Chelsea."
Meanwhile it is likely that Reds captain Steven Gerrard will be fit for the game with Chelsea after being left out of the 2-0 win at Fulham on Saturday, due to a neck injury.
Tongue in cheek, Benitez said: "We will talk together, with the doctor. The player will say he wants to play, but there's an easy way of finding out whether he's fit. I will come up and tap him on the left shoulder and if he turns to face me without any pain, we will know he can play!"
