​1. The apartment numbers change throughout the first series

At the beginning of the whole series, Monica\'s apartment was number 5, and Chandler\'s was number 4. But as the first season went on, it dawned on show producers that the flat numbers would surely be higher than that given how high up the building the apartment was supposed to be. So Monica\'s flat changed to number 20, and Chandler\'s to number 19. GOTCHA.

2. The view from Monica\'s kitchen window KEPT changing

Interesting how the same view  could range from a brick wall, to a washing line, to a cityscape – but the location of the apartment didn\'t seem to have changed at all? Or if it did, that\'s one episode we\'ve definitely missed…

Remember back in season 4 when all the gang except a very pregnant Phoebe headed to London to watch Ross marry Emily? Well it turns out there\'s someone else who wasn\'t there… Ross\' very own son, Ben. Isn\'t that a bit unusual? For your own son not to be at your wedding? 10. Chandler and Monica\'s wedding date gets changed

, Monica proudly tells the sales assistant that her wedding is on May 15

. Now anyone who cares for a spot of fact-checking will note that this fell on a Tuesday back in 2001. But in

we hear Monica\'s voicemail play this message:

11. Phoebe is more of a musician than she gives herself credit for

When Phoebe tries to teach Joey how to play the guitar (a lost cause) in season 5, she tells him she doesn\'t actually know the names of any of the chords.

But hang on. Cast your mind back to season 2, when Phoebe gets aggy with guitarist Stephanie for stealing her spot outside Central Perk. She seems to know her chords then.
