During \'Book of the Stranger\', a newly-reunited Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) and Jon Snow (Kit Harington) receive a letter from merciless psycho Ramsay (Iwan Rheon).
Dubbed the "Pink Letter" by fans of George RR Martin\'s books, the scroll contains some pretty disturbing threats from the Warden of the North aimed at wife Sansa.
However, one of the common phrases used in the letter is "come and see", which has led fans to speculate that it may have been written by another character.
Sopranos creator admits ending makes him \'want to cry\'
That person is the meddling Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen), using the same phrase earlier in the episode when he brings Robin Arryn (Lino Facioli) a falcon as a gift.
However, director Dan Sackheim has now shot down the theory, assuring fans that it was most definitely written by Ramsay.
During a Reddit AMA, he wrote: "My understanding of the theory is that the letter was not written by Ramsay, correct?
that it was written by Ramsay. No idea why this theory has gained traction."
