SM Entertainment responds to rumors of a May comeback for Girls\' Generation

Recently, reports came out that Girls\' Generation were preparing for a comeback in May as their goal date.  SM Entertainment has since stepped up to tell TV Daily that they\'re still unsure about the exact album release date, but also didn\'t address whether May really is their intended date.

A rep stated on February 26, "Girls\' Generation is consistently preparing for their comeback as eight members, but the exact album release date has not yet been decided on."

It\'s a small update with not much more information, but it still keeps fans\' hopes up that their album will come out soon since the girls are working at it!

I dont really get why would SM kick someone like Jessica? I mean whats the reason? She still wanted to work with them but they kick her out like she\'s nothing...im not a big fan of SNSD but kicking out a important vocalist of a group is like suicidal...well i just wish them luck...especially to those SONES out there..

SMtown, is probably hiring talented writers, producers and studio musicians from all over, as they have done on all previous albums to make whatever comes out in may a state of the art release i am sure.  at least thats what i expect of them....hopefully they are putting all the attention and energy SOSHI and SONE deserve...and not SLACKING!!!

I wonder how SM is going to divide the roles. Since Jessica was a main vocalist (which is pretty important) along with Taeyeon, are they going to "promote" one the lead vocalist to main or have only Taeyeon has the main? Looking back at it all, Jessica was no small part of Girls\' Generation. Whether some of you guys like Jessica or not, the songs are probably not going to sound the same. Because of Jessica\'s departure, I hope they\'ll give more lines to the sub vocals, because these days the only people who are getting parts are TTS. Anyway, I like Girls\' Generation, and I\'m pretty excited for their comeback, whenever it may be.

Ofcourse their sounds will not the same, but 8 experienced voice can build a great harmony still. Jessica\'s voice was very important for their bubble-pop songs which is make them popular. But they are mature women and their future project will also mature according their voices and attitudes.

SNSD can still fly high even without Jessica. Although it will feel a lil bit awkward.

Jessica has solo songs/musical/activities dear. Fans know her wery well. It\'s not like she is the lost chld or something else and we all know her potential. This is why SHE is the GG member and SHE didn\'t kicked out for her "lack of abilities" Shit and eat yourself.

Well, (from what I hear) it\'s pretty much unheard of for a group to announce a single in one country one day and then announce a full album that will be a month after the single the next day. That might sound confusing. I\'m saying they released comeback info for Japan and Korea less than a day apart, who does that?

No matter what happens... SNSD will comeback soon!!!
