If I was Robert I would have chosen Giselle because she showed him more to life than Nancy and she was a lot nicer than her too as I found Nancy to be a bit cocky and possessive and all she wanted from Robert was to marry asap while Robert gave me the impression that marriage is out of the cards for him. Sure he was about to pop the question to Nancy but when Giselle came into his life he starts to fall for her as she might have been like his ex wife and he probably says to himself well she is great with kids. Plus he was Giselle’s real true love as she made a statue of him back in Andalasia.
