As for icons, আপনি can use photoshop অথবা another ছবি editing software. I personally can't afford photoshop so I use software downloaded for free offline (I personally use Picasa, Gimp, and ছবি Pad Image Editor). Sure they're not that great, but they're better than nothing. Almost all the ছবি in my gallery I make myself. All আপনি do is crop into a square, adjust the levels (hue, contrast, brightness, saturation, gamma, temperature, exposure, and all that other good stuff), and resize into 100x100.
