even i don't like Chuck, they had a story and Blair loves him (i still don't know why LOL) so if i can't have Dair, she should be with the man she loves.

Blair was with Chuck and multiple times said she wasnt happy. So I guess Louis but I dont think he really makes her happy either so someone else.

Neither of them, really, because as mentioned above, neither one truly makes her happy. If she couldn't be with Dan, I would want her to be with someone she hasn't met yet...someone outside of her back-biting world that would bring out the goodness in her and give her a chance at a love she could trust and feel safe in.
