Actually, Flippy HAS died before. It's his evil side that never dies. If he turns into Fliqpy, then Celestia's fucked. Strike him while he's not flipped out and you have a chance.

However, more than likely, Flippy will be flipped out by the time the battle actually starts, and so Flippy/Fliqpy will win.
