What's "Wotcher" mean?

It's something টঙ্কস্‌ ব্যক্ত a couple times.
"Wotcher, Harry"
WHat does that word mean? Is it some sort of British term অথবা something?

What link said. If আপনি say "What are আপনি up to?" really fast and then shorten it দ্বারা taking out the "up to" part আপনি get "Wotcher?"
