What's "Wotcher" mean?

It's something টঙ্কস্‌ ব্যক্ত a couple times.
"Wotcher, Harry"
WHat does that word mean? Is it some sort of British term অথবা something?

হাঃ হাঃ হাঃ I never knew what that meant and I didn't try to find out x)
