You can tell that Bella and Cissy are sisters by their personalities, so I assume they were close. Andromeda, I believe, was friends with other kids and they influenced her; therefore she became a Hufflepuff, was it? and was disowned from the family tree. I also think, though, that maybe Bella was sort of the ringleader and Cissy just did whatever she did. Cissy isn't all bad, she's much better than Bella anyway. It seems, sometimes, that she would rather be good like her sister Dromeda, but Bella didn't want that. Bella is definitely the manipulative, powerful type of person who might do that. Maybe they were close at first and grew apart, because Dromeda definitely hung out with the right people. The only way you can tell she and Bella are related is that they look very much alike; Harry mistook Dromeda for Bella the first time he met her!

Ah, MichelleWeasley, Andromeda Black was a Slytherin. It's her daughter Tonks that was sorted into Hufflepuff. Andromeda was not disowned until she married Ted Tonks.

I don't know the character of Andromeda well enough to really judge about this....but I think Bella and Cissy always were closer with each other than with Andromeda.

Sirius once told Harry that Andromeda was his favourite cousin....assuming that they have been close during their childhood and that Bellatrix always loathed Sirius(he got sorted into Gryffindor after all) I'd say she and Andromeda weren't that close...
