totally miles and stella. They were both great parents and both majorly cool guys. Plus it explains why arnold is the way he is now. I should add that miles is so freaking hot (it also helps that craig bartlett himself voiced arnold's father.)

i also love the grandma/grandpa pairing for the fact that their relationship was just like arnold/helga's . plus it kinda foreshadows into arnold's relationship with helga also.

my next favorite is arnold/helga for the fact that both are really perfect for each other, and both actually like each other very much deep down inside too.
