Lisa wakes up পরবর্তি morning and Greg is huged to her. She remembers what happened last night and gets out of the বিছানা in silence, trying not to wake him up. She doesn’t know what to say.

‘Yeah?’

House and Cuddy board the plane to go back to New Jersey and go on with their lives, but this time something has changed since the last time they were there, and they hope it last. This has been the vacation they've enjoyed most, but the worst part of it, has been the flights, which usually were very long.

House chuckles. ‘I think we've done everything that can be done on a plane...’

They go to the hospital with David. House fills some papers for the doctors and they come to his room to examine him and ask him questions. Greg and Lisa wait in silence until the other doctors get out of the room. ‘David, I think we should go and let আপনি rest, we can come to visit আপনি other day’

Then, they go for a walk around the building and come in. It’s still very hot and the ice cream helps just a little. They sit down in the shade to rest for a while. House takes off his glasses and lean his cane on the wall. ‘It’s so hot today!’
‘Yes, very very hot... I have a bit of headache because of the heat.’
