What are the real effects that vicodin has on House? Are these effects only physical অথবা do they go beyond that? Could they have somewhat changed his personality, even just a little bit?

I watched the episode "Need to Know" (the one after House kissed Stacy, when at the end of the episode he ends up driving her away) for the first time like 4 months পূর্বে (got hooked with House just this year) and I didn't give this whole House/Stacy situation a lot of thought, it was fun but I wasn't that interested in the ship.

Aftermath


After the kiss, from the night before. House wakes up in his বিছানা at around 09:20am and gets ready to arrive late for work, as usual. After watching Wilson's হৃদয় I noticed that the writer's left us with a deep thought about the প্রশ্ন of whether House is guilty as to the death of Amber. At first my reaction was God NO, House couldn't help that they got into a bus accident but then I noticed something আরো that the writer's were trying to say.
A main theme through House is the way he treats people and how his actions may not directly cause the misery and he 'techinically" is not to blame for a deed done, but indirectly he has caused people pain.
