Chapter five:

Felicia finally opened her eyes to an empty room. She jumped up, where was she? She looked around; it looked like she was in some kind of cabin. The walls were made out of wood and Felicia could smell the fresh pinecone scent that was trailing the room. It smelled like the outdoors. She started shaking, not knowing where she was অথবা how she got here. She shivered but refused to put the blankets over her, she just stayed sitting down, scared to move.

She then heard squeaking coming from the nearby stairway. She pulled up the blankets over her face; afraid of whom she would see. Beth appeared holding a warm facecloth in her hand. She almost dropped it whenever she saw that the girl had awoken. She ran up to her but then stopped whenever she realized the girl was scared.

“Don’t be afraid, I’m here to help.” Beth smiled.

She sat at the edge of the বিছানা and handed over the warm facecloth to the girl. “I was going to put this on your head but আপনি woke up, so আপনি can put it wherever আপনি feel comfortable, the heat might help.”

The girl stared at Beth for awhile, she was still shaking. She studied the cloth, it was indeed warm. She looked back up at Beth who was smiling. Felicia relaxed a bit, it didn’t seem like this girl was going to hurt her.

“What’s your name anyways?” Beth asked,

Felicia opened her mouth to say her name but nothing came out. She grabbed her throat, surprised. She tried saying something again but she couldn’t, nothing came out.

Beth looked at her suspiciously.

“Can আপনি speak?”

Felicia tried once again but nothing came out. She sighed and shook her head.

Beth thought for a moment then got an idea; she looked through Hiccup’s drawers and found a piece of paper. Felicia studied the floors that were covered with drawings. She looked at them amazed, and curious. Beth handed her the piece of paper smiling. “Here dear, try and write me what আপনি want to say.”

Felicia smiled and nodded at Beth.
Felicia slowly started লেখা her name on the piece of paper; she was still shivering from the cold.

“Are আপনি cold love? Here..,” Beth put a warm blanket over the girl’s shoulders. Felicia smiled a tad, nodding to Beth as if it was to say thank you. She then held out her sign to প্রদর্শনী Beth. Beth studied her writing, a smile formed on her face.

“Felicia? Well that’s a pretty name.” Beth grinned,

Felicia was now smiling. She was a pretty girl. She had super, long, wavy brown hair and soft, smooth skin. It was pale though and she looked sick. She had a cute little dimple that showed on her left cheek when she smiled, and her teeth were super white.

Beth watched as Felicia continued to write on the notepad. “Where Am I?” She wrote.

“You’re in berk my dear. It’s a small town. No worry, we don’t wish to harm you. I am a friend. We saw আপনি washed up on কূল and brought আপনি here to rest and to help আপনি get better.” Beth explained.

Felicia studied Beth for a couple of seconds, debating if she should believe her অথবা not. Felicia started লেখা again and showed Beth “Wow, thank আপনি so much for bringing me here. I really appreciate it; I hope I wasn’t that much trouble.”

Beth looked at the girl and reached out her hand. Felicia jumped a tad but didn’t remove her hand.

“Trouble? Dear আপনি aint any trouble! You’re silly, if আপনি need anything I’m here. We are going to get আপনি good as new.” Beth exclaimed, putting the facecloth on the girls forehead. “But where are আপনি from? What happened?”

Felicia thought for a moment, and scribbled something down. “I don’t remember much. :(” She showed Beth, sadness filling her face. She was even having trouble remembering who she even was; the most she could remember was her name.

Just then there was a clatter coming from the stairs. Beth turned to see Fishleggs and the Twins staring at them with their jaws opened. Tuffnut(boytwin) managed to trip over his twin sister, crashing onto his face.

Felicia covered her mouth and got up to help him. She grabbed his arm, he looked up, his eyes widening again. “You’re pretty.” He lamely said. Ruffnut (Girl twin) came over and smacked him on the head. “You don’t just say that to her, she’s probably scared of আপনি now.” She growled.

Felicia timidly backed away and smiled at them weakly. Beth guided Felicia back to the bed, worried about her health. “Felicia, don’t আপনি worry about anything. আপনি just sit down here.”

Felicia didn’t argue. She laid back down, she suddenly felt very dizzy.

Fishleggs who was admiring her beauty from afar was shaking his knees, looking over at Felicia. He approached her timidly. “Is there anything I can get আপনি mame?”

Felicia smiles at him and shook her head, then thinks for a moment and points towards her throat. She then wrote down “A glass of water would be great, thank you. “ With a smiley face.

“Coming right up!” Fishleggs exclaimed, running down the stairs clumsily. Beth giggled; she looked over at Felicia who was now closing her eyes. Beth could tell that she was a kind, hearted soul.

Just then, Beth heard the downstair door close. “Oh that must be hiccup!” Felicia opened her eyes as she realised Beth was leaving the bed. “Il be back.” Beth smiled, “I’m just going to get the boy who saved you.” She winked.

Felicia looked dazed, she started scribbling on the notepad “ Saved me?” She asked. Her eyes sparkling. Beth laughed at her cute stair and nodded, while climbing down the stairs.

“Yes Felicia. He saved you.”

Jack was just walking through the wood, trying to find some sort of help. His powers were still not working and he was so sore and wounded that he couldn’t fly.

“This is ridiculous...” Jack mumbled, he tried to brush off his pain and kept on walking.

Jack was never a person to প্রদর্শনী weakness. He looked far off into the distant and spotted a bit of light, he ran closer and closer until he saw a tiny village from afar. He got a closer look and gasped.

“That can’t be berk is it?” He mumbled.

He squinted harder, “Yes that’s berk alright.” Jack hadn’t visited berk in over 100 years. He had stopped going there for awhile because North told him that Jack needed duties elsewhere. Berk was always such a nice, majestic town. Jack enjoyed it there, although since he hasn’t been there in years there was new people and probably new things. He remembered how they always had big, huge ড্রাগন flying over them. Everyone in berk was used to mystical creatures; therefore Jack wasn’t necessarily invisible in that town. They were all so used to magical things happening that seeing Jack Frost wasn’t a problem. Jack at the time didn’t think it was rather fun, he loved sneaking up on people and pulling pranks but he always found it hard to in berk because basically everyone knew who he was.

He limped forward. “Maybe someone there will know how to contact North.” He thought.

He kept limping until he reached the entrance to the village. He took a deep breath and tried to enter but something huge was blocking his way. He looked up to see Toothless staring directly into his eyes. The dragon didn’t look happy.

“What is this, some kind of giant mouse?” Jack mumbled.

Toothless heard him and started growling.

“Ok... Ok... not a mouse.” Jack hesitated, he then cleared his throat . “Well hello there. I would appreciate it if ah, আপনি let me pass through. I’ve really been having an off দিন and – “
Toothless didn’t let Jack finish explaining, he started growling fiercely at him , blocking the entrance to the village. Jack groaned and sat down on the ground, Toothless sat across from him, staring at him. They both stair at each other for a long time. Toothless sees Jack’s wounds and starts tilting his head. He slowly leaned in and licked his cut that was on his head, hoping he would help.

Jack sighs “Worth a try, but I really need to find someone for help...”

Toothless hesitates. He felt bad for the stranger but he promised Hiccup he would keep a lookout for unwanted guests.

“Don’t trust me? Don’t blame আপনি I wouldn’t trust me either.” Jack groaned, rubbing his wounds.
