Cuddy grabs her কোট and টাকার থলি from her office and hurries to meet House দ্বারা the doors. They both look t each other and walk out into the moonless night.
"I'll drive" House says
Cuddy quickly side steps in front of him, blocking his path
"Oh no আপনি won't" She says and pulls her keys from her bag.
House suddenly snatches them and runs (or t least walks really fast do to his leg) to his motorcycle. Cuddy looks down and walks over to the bike. She sits and back and wraps her hands around his chest to keep from falling off.

House pulls in to a parking spot and they walk in. The waiter shows them to their টেবিল and they sit down. The light in the room reflected off Cuddy's shiny corkskrew curls making her glow. They stares into each others eyes, never letting go, as they ordered their drinks and later their dinner. Silence hung over their টেবিল and the remaining customers left around 1:30 in the morning. Then everyone was gone. Suddenly Cuddy burst into a laughing fit. House soon joined her.
"What were we doing?" Cuddy says "Having a staring contest"
"Yes" House says "and I won"
Cuddy tries not to laugh দ্বারা stuffing her mouth full o খাবার which just made House laugh more.
"I haven't seen আপনি laugh in such a long time" Cuddy says, her eyes distant, as if looking back to a fond memory.
"I haven't had anything to laugh about.
"So...how I'd the kid." House says trying yet again not to laugh at the hospital administer with her mouth stuffed. Cuddy swallows with a large gulp and House smiles
"My daughter is doing well." and that's how the conversation started. Cuddy talked for hours, about the hospital and everthing she could think of. All the while House never breaks eye contact. Cuddy finishes talking and wisp her mouth with her napkin. She looks up and suddenly realizes that House had been staring at her the entire time. Cuddy raises an eyebrow.
"You do know the staring contest is over right?" she asked
House snaps back, completey হারিয়ে গেছে in the trance. He looked deep into her eyes
"But I was going for the world's longest stare." he says
Cuddy starts to open her mouth to ask what he meant but House cuts her off.
"The longest record was 4 days" he ব্যক্ত "I beat that a long time ago." He was silent
"Well what's the new record?" Cuddy asks
"20" he was silent again
"Well that doesn't help" she ব্যক্ত "days, months..." she suddenly realizes what he meant "years" she continued
House nods his head
"I need you" he says

They lay their bill and head home.

They head to Cuddy's house and jump off the bike. They walk uo to the front room then face each other. The light from the stars makes Cuddy's eyes shimmer.
They kiss
They look at each other and mumble "goodnight"
House gets on his bike and drives while Cuddy walk inside.
House drives a few feet and turns around, parking outside Cuddy's house. Cuddy walks up to her room and looks out the window to see House on his bike. He looks up at her. She runs down stairs to get him but দ্বারা the time she gets their she is only in time to see his bike speed away. She finds a note on the ground and picks it up. It reads
I need আপনি but not yet

A tear runs down Cuddy's face and slips back inside the house. She places the note in her night stand and drifts asleep.
