Ok, well, I've been in this place before. Maybe just wait for him to make the first move. Just wait for about a week অথবা two. Or, maybe even a month. Then, if he doesn't (Because he is shy)
ask him to maybe tutor আপনি অথবা go on study date. (Not a regular date, অথবা else it will make আপনি seem desperate at first) After he gets to know the real you, wait another couple of weeks and see if he will ask আপনি out. If he doesn't, then আপনি have invite to a party অথবা like a little date. (maybe bring him to your pool club if আপনি have one,go see a movie, অথবা go to a সঙ্গীতানুষ্ঠান অথবা a beach.) He probably will ask আপনি out after that, but if he doesn't, do exaclty this: *Walk up to him*

start a conversation with him... work up to asking him who he likes... he wont say আপনি অথবা any girl in particular, but he will give আপনি hints... ask him the first letter of the girls name and if ur name starts with the letter he said, then ask IS IT ME?
