I don't know why Klaus became good in that room, why he sent Tyler to bite her, and then he came to save her. I don't get why, but his plan, whatever it was, wasn't going in derection he wanted it to go, I'm shure of it. Because in that scene, we saw his humanity. We saw the reason why he loves an eternal life. It was so simple. Great cities, and art and music. So beautiful. She just was lying there, dying and listening...
