Both. The "I'm the guy for you" scene is memorable, yes. But let's not discredit LP's party scenes! :)

-Nathan's beach house S1 "I'm pretty sure, I don't need you at all" // "Pretty sure?"
-Nathan & Haley's apartment in S1 that they go to together
-Tree Hill High 3x17 library scene
-Nathan's house S4 "I want everything with you" 2.0

^^ And let's not forget the Clothes over Bros opening party.. "He's not good enough for you." ALSO, the S4's bond fire (season finale), if you count that has a "party"... ?

Both, they've both had their moments at parties...for better and for worse.

i love how for these picks that LP clearly dominate, the people who vote BL never comment with their reasoning for choosing them. how on earth do BL own parties, over LP? they have like what, 2 party scenes? when LP clearly have tons

-2x09 Talking on the beach @ Winter Formal
-3x02 I'm the guy for you scene
-3x04 The look at the Halloween party
-3x17 School party scenes
-3x18 Dancing at the Sunkist party
-3x21 Scenes at Naley's pre-wedding reception thingy
-4x21 "Brooke Davis is gonna change the world someday, and she doesn't even know it yet."
-5x04 Clothes over Bros party
-5x15 Scene at Jamie's Birthday party

-two handsome boys for the price of one? (no real significance)
-Lucas Scott betrayal train all aboard? (not quite a BL scene, that's more of a Breyton/Leyton moment)
-Planning Naley's reception? (that's not a party scene)
-Talking on the beach? (again, not even really at a party)
-C/B party? (what scenes? they were both in attendance, but what scenes did they have together?)

those examples hardly even count as real BL scenes, or aren't even party scenes at all. and I definitely don't see how those are significant enough to say that they "own" parties, like the significant/meaningful LP party examples

Yeah I guess the first 3 don't really mean too much, especially considering they're more BLP.

However, the question never said that the scenes had to be at the party, so the beach scene counts for me. And there still are a bunch of significant BL scenes: I'm the guy for you, the Halloween party, the party at Tree Hill High, scenes at the Sunkist party, scenes at Naley's party, Change the World scene, and the scene at Jamie's party. That's reason enough for me.
