Washington DC’s airport was packed with travelers coming in town to see R&B Diva, Mary J. Blige, perform one of her signature earthy, high energy concerts except this time it was a dual celebration.

Mary J. flew in to the nation’s capital to sing in celebration of the launch of the brand new Fillmore Silver Spring in DC complete with 2000 shiny new seats,new staging and state of the art sound system with the added bonus of not a bad আসন in the house.

The new Fillmore Silver Spring represents a new extension of the original Fillmore that the legendary Bill Graham opened in San Francisco, California some years ago. Now, thanks to Live Nation, the nation’s capital hosts the site of one of the latest and most modernized designs of the Fillmore sure to attract many stars to grace its glistening stage.

অনুরাগী waited in long lines happily awaiting the opening of the doors of the facility. As everyone was seated, Ms. Mary J. Blige came out on stage and raised the electric crowd to their feet from the inception of her সঙ্গীতানুষ্ঠান performing her signature hits,”My Life” and “Be With You”.

Blige is currently preparing for the launch of her new CD,”My Life II..The Journey Continues(Act 1)”, set for November 2011 release.
