Umm isn't this where he got the Artist of the millennium award?? If so, I think what happened was that Britney Spears was presenting the award and before she was supposed to give it away, she started talking about Michael and how he should be awarded as artist of the millennium and then I think it was ব্যক্ত that he came out on stage cause he thought that award was being প্রদত্ত to him. Yeah it was a misunderstanding but they still let him keep the title.

doesnt it seem so funnys that the press used so much
