The company suing the Michael Jackson estate for $300 million over the Jackson family সঙ্গীতানুষ্ঠান that never took place just got two strikes against it, and the pitcher was a federal judge.
The judge on Tuesday threw out two of the three claims AllGood Entertainment filed against the estate, AEG and Frank Dileo.
The suit claims Dileo, MJ's alleged former manager, made a deal with AllGood that Michael would perform at a Jackson Family সঙ্গীতানুষ্ঠান before doing any other gigs. দ্বারা launching the লন্ডন series of concerts, AllGood claims Jackson breached his deal and cost AllGood a bundle.

Dr. Conrad Murray had requested lifesaving equipment and back-up help for Michael Jackson from the promoter of the লন্ডন concerts -- AEG -- but the company never came through, according to a new complaint filed দ্বারা Joe Jackson.
TMZ broke the story -- Joe was gunning for AEG দ্বারা filing complaints with the California Medical Board and another agency, alleging the সঙ্গীতানুষ্ঠান promoter abused Jackson in a way that led to his death -- and he's just filed with the Medical Board.
Joe claims days before Jackson's death Murray had requested a হৃদয় resuscitation machine and a nurse in several e-mails making the request, but AEG never provided it.
According to the complaint, Joe is accusing AEG of co-opting Murray's medical judgment দ্বারা enticing him with a huge salary -- in effect engaging in the "unlawful practice of corporate medicine."
Besides the CPR machine, Murray also asked for saline, catheters, needles and a gurney.
AEG and Murray had no comment.

TMZ has confirmed that the singer and three of his children stopped দ্বারা Michael's tomb at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, CA this weekend to pay their respects.
According to Stevie's rep, Wonder and his kids had gone to the cemetery to visit Stevie's dearly departed mother -- but Stevie's children insisted they visit MJ too.
Wonder and MJ were famously close -- and at MJ's memorial last year, Stevie told the crowd he often let Michael know how much he loved him ... and was "at peace with that."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they were called out to the medical office of Michael Jackson's good friend and personal physician, Arnold Klein, to investigate new alleged death threats.
As TMZ first reported, Klein -- along with Jason Pfeiffer, the man claiming to be Jackson's boyfriend -- have gone to the FBI to প্রতিবেদন the threats. We're told the FBI kicked the case over to the Beverly Hills Police Department, who has now opened up an investigation.
On Thursday, cops were called to Klein's Beverly Hills office after the number of threatening calls intensified. We're told cops took a report.

Here's the catch -- "Foreverland" still owns the rights to the domain name neverlandsf.com -- and its willing to give it back to Camp Jackson ... for a cool $30,000.
In short, the Jackson estate told the band to "beat it" -- and gave them until February 2011 to begin forwarding all web traffic to the new foreverlandsf.com ... অথবা else.
The band tells us they're currently going over their options.
"Lawyers from the Jackson estate have forced us to change our name."
