Lloyd's of লন্ডন has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.
The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.
But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:
1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ ব্যক্ত he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.
2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.

The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.
A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to বাতিল this exploitative program."
The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's অনুরাগী played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed দ্বারা countless Michael Jackson অনুরাগী worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."

TMZ broke the story -- Joe was gunning for AEG দ্বারা filing complaints with the California Medical Board and another agency, alleging the সঙ্গীতানুষ্ঠান promoter abused Jackson in a way that led to his death -- and he's just filed with the Medical Board.
Joe claims days before Jackson's death Murray had requested a হৃদয় resuscitation machine and a nurse in several e-mails making the request, but AEG never provided it.
