Miley doesn't think musicians like Rebecca Black and Justin Bieber deserve the fame they have received!

Miley slammed the overnight success of YouTube phenomenons such as Rebecca Black. She said:

"It should be harder to be an artist. আপনি shouldn't just be able to put a song on YouTube and go out on tour."
