I call it both ways. For me it seems that movie is the proper english word, but since in latvian movie=filma, sometimes I use 'film' also in english. :D

We say 'Film' in Belgium, but I use 'movie' when talking English

^^Then you should both stick to film, even when on Fanpop. Btw just for the record, movie (just like soccer) is actually the American word. We usually call it a film in Europe, even in UK & IRL, yet movie is catching up fast. It's short for moving pictures btw.

My native language also call it as "film"
