yes but he might of had jutsu that he couldn't use because of everyone around him, his jutsu were very powerful

So far he only showed good taijutsu.He had to rely on his bodyguards for ninjutsu or genjutsu.

dungsi27 you never know, i bet deidara wouldn't perform his c0 if other akatsuki members were right next to him, same with raikage he might of knew earth shattering jutsu that he couldn't use incase he was perpared to kill everyone else
