At the beginning of season 3 (Kill Ari Pt. 1) Director Tom Morrow is offered to become Deputy-Director of DOH (Department of Homeland Security) so he leaves ক্রিমিনাল ইনভেস্টিগেশন সার্ভিস and Jenny becomes the new Director.

The director before jenny left right after Ari killed Kate because he thought it was time for a change.
