For a guy without social skills and with no instinct for humanoid love, Odo certainly did have a rather active sex life! Who would have thought Odo got more action than Bashir. <g>

Luckily for us O/K fans, Odo only had eyes for one woman, despite his dalliances with the others listed.

1) Lwaxana. Probably the first to display a sexual interest in Odo, albeit a rather predatory interest. Terrifies Odo at first. Later,even though he didn't return her affection, Odo was unfailingly kind to Lwaxana when he could have rebuffed her.

2) Arissa. A ship that passed in the night. Arissa was beautiful, smart and principled in her own way. All qualities that Odo found attractive. What seals the deal is that she is obviously attracted to him, and she doesn't harbor all those preconceptions of him that Kira had. I think it was easy for Odo to think himself in love with her. In truth he likely figured 'why not' considering Kira was still in a relationship with Shakaar. The unintended byproduct of Arissa was it made Kira view Odo in a completely different light as a sexual being, and I'm guessing she surprised herself at the level of jealousy she felt.

3) Laas. A Changeling who wasn't a Founder. It allowed Odo's instinctive urge to Link to be freed of the inevitable guilt and shame he felt about Linking with a Founder. Lass opened up possibilities Odo had never considered - except none of those possibilities included love, which he had come to know with Kira. In the end love was more important.

4) Female Changeling. A moth to the flame. The Female Founder was able to bewitch Odo when he was at a terribly vulnerable point in his life. Despite being temporarily spellbound, Odo was ashamed of caving in to his desires. Just take a look at Odo's face in the aftermath of his humanoid coupling with the Founder. It is a picture of sorrow and despair.

Definitely Kira. He loved her fire, her beauty, her courage, her passion. She was fearless, and she was stubborn. She was everything he ever wanted, wrapped into one person. Her love was what he wanted most, and when he got it he was the happiest he'd ever been. They were the polar opposite of each other, yet had what the other person needed most to be complete. She could provoke him to give into passion, and he could calm her when her temper got the better of her. Kira was the only person Odo would say that he truly needed. By season 7, they were in-sync ... and after "Chimera" they were truly one. Once he showed Kira his true self and they made love in that special way, she had become a part of him that nobody else could ever touch. Though Laas could link with Odo, it was Kira he made love with because he loved her. She was, what he would probably admit, his soulmate.
