1. Women seen in-game.

The developers made a choice not to include women in Outlast and Outlast: Whistleblower. Why? I'm honestly not sure, but I am sure they had good reasons.
That still doesn't mean having no women featured in-game is any less odd.

Waylon Park's wife, Lisa, is mentioned a few times, and we know there's a Female Ward in the asylum, but since having been abandoned it's been left to slowly collapse on itself, and a couple female scientists are mentioned in documents. But no one is actually seen.

Whether it be a female protagonist অথবা an enemy instead of someone only being mentioned....
