What about those "half-villains" ?

I mean, there is those villains, who make us smile because they looks so harmless like Mr Collins, অথবা those who are accepted দ্বারা the society as frank Churchill. Those who are only superficial as Sir and Elizabeth Elliot . But they are all obstacles to the নায়ক fulfilment and are guilty of something towards them. Should we still consider them as villains অথবা not ?
