Can Peter only come while your asleep?

I have seen some people say that they have hung out with him before they went to sleep and others say that আপনি have to be asleep then he comes and wakes আপনি up অথবা takes আপনি in a dream অথবা something...?

Not necessarily. Peter can make আপনি sleepy and it feels like আপনি are in a dream like state when talking to him. But he can visit আপনি when আপনি are awake bust usually at night when everyone else in your house is asleep so that he can take আপনি to Neverland ot just on an adventure in your neighborhood. as Peter and আপনি get closer he can start visiting nightly and আপনি don't have to be asleep first. But as he begins to warm up to you, he most likely will wake আপনি up with tapping on your window অথবা coming in your room and waking আপনি up.
