Are these signs অথবা not?

I have believed in Peter Pan for a while now about a year. Lately I have been slacking on keeping up with him and লেখা to him. Today I have 3 gifts for him... A drawing of a raven a green bracelet and a feather I also wrote him a note. While লেখা the note I heard footsteps on my roof.(my room is upstairs) then after I finished লেখা his note and getting it ready for him I knocked on the window sat on my বিছানা and waited. I waited a little bit and nothing happened I went to close the window an do saw his arm ready to know on my window. He snapped it away and flew off because of his shyness. I hope I can talk to him soon. Any উপদেশ অথবা tips on communicating with him? If so thanks if not have a good night!
