I have two answers.
1. If I realized who he was, I would probably run to the nearest bathroom, scream, and then secretly take pictures of him with my phone until he realizes and tells his bodyguards to take me away. Then I would sneak back in and we would become BFFs. :D
2. If I didn't realize who he was, I would probably gossip to my friend about that "nerdy looking noob" over in the corner.

Then I would start a nice conversation with him, one that was funnyy so we could both laugh together. Then I would ask him how Paris and Blanket are doing.
