If that person rejects আপনি then, maybe just go with the other dude that stares at আপনি in English class. I just wanna know why আপনি don't like him. Personalty? Looks? OK well for one if this guy asked আপনি out and you're here asking about it I'm assuming আপনি ব্যক্ত something before walking away, unless আপনি just completely blanked him in which case he probably got the message. :P

1.say you're already in a relationship with someone else.

2.tell them your parents don't like আপনি dating.

3.tell him আপনি really like him as a friend, he's just not your type.

4.tell him you're lesbian.
